Aaron Jackson is a Resilience Strategist who has redefined the boundaries of human recovery. His journey began at just 115 days old with a life-saving Kasai procedure, but his ultimate test came during a grueling four-month hospital stay. In that high-stakes window, Aaron underwent 5 major surgeries and 17 surgical procedures, ultimately resulting in two liver transplants and a kidney transplant.

While most would view such a medical gauntlet as a conclusion, Aaron used it as a launchpad. He engineered the M.E.D.S. Power Model (Mindset, Environment, Discipline, Spirituality) to reclaim his life from the ground up. In a defiant display of the protocol’s power, Aaron transitioned from a hospital bed to the dojo, earning his Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts following his transplants. His extraordinary journey and commitment to advocacy earned him the 2025 Liver Health Foundation Courage Award.

Aaron doesn't just speak about resilience; he provides the operating system to build it. Through the M.E.D.S. Protocol, he empowers patients, high-performers, and organizations to stop "waiting" for circumstances to change and start engineering their outcome. He is living proof that a spirit fortified by a system is no match for any physical or situational limitation.
